Someone is Opening Hydrants

It is a shame when people open hydrants.  They think it's all fun and games until someone dies in a fire.

I wonder if this was the reason my water pressure has been poorer than usual on the upper South side?

We heard the same reports.  They said it started on the South side and was more severe as it went to the North side.  This could be a very dangerous situation for the fire dept if there was a fire.  The water pressure could have been very low.    Do you think it was juveniles?

There were several reports last night of someone opening fire hydrants in Youngstown.  I never heard if they caught the person.
