To tell the truth, I didn't even know anything was happening even when the cops arrived along with the ambulances. It wasn't in my building, but I can tell you that there will be hell to pay because the new owners put everyone on notice that there will be zero tolerance and no second chance. They are putting tons of money into upgrades and they will not put up with any crap for one second. This is not a section 8 complex and the new owners will not allow it to devolve into one.
