Fracking Creates Jobs in the Mahoning Valley

I have one question ... how many of those folks live inside the city proper? This is hopeful news and I don't deminish it in the least, but how many are using their new economic statis to abandon this forsaken town and moving to communities where they can improve not only their lot in life but the livesof theirchildren as well.
