The Outlook for Individuals' Retirement Security
in the United States 


Wednesday, February 19



Baby boomers and Generation Xers will be retiring in a very different circumstance than their parents did. Longer life spans and retirements combined with a lack of savings and pension plans could jeopardize retirees' ability to afford their living expenses. We will explore policy solutions to this national threat as well as steps individuals should be taking to ensure their retirement security.   



This presentation will include:
* The current state of retirement readiness in the United States.
* Actions that individuals should be taking to enhance their own
   retirement security.
* Five common mistakes to avoid when planning for your retirement.
* How to access resources to help plan for your retirement.

Jill McCullough, DM, CFP® 



is an Assistant Professor of Finance for the Lariccia School of Accounting and Finance. She has over 20 years of experience in financial planning. A Certified Financial Planner Practitioner since 1992 and in private practice until 2007. Jill and her business partner managed in excess of $60 million in investments. She earned her doctorate degree in management from The Weatherhead  School of Business at Case Western Reserve University. The Laricca School of Accounting and Finance is an extension of the Williamson College of Business Administration, an AACSB accredited institutiion

Reservations are due one week prior to the program.
