Four more people are facing jail time for this CRIME according to todays Vindicator:

Terry Marks - 34 of Youngstown
Donna Filipowicz - 34 of Youngstown
Oliver Harris - 52 of Youngstown
John A. Lett - 62 of Youngstown

SCRAP DEALERS HAVE ALSO BEEN PLACED ON NOTICE BY THE CITY PROSECUTOR THAT THE CITY WILL COME AFTER THEM BIG TIME IF THEY ARE CAUGHT BUYING STOLEN MATERIALS.

This brings to 7 these past two weeks or so of people PROSECUTED or about to be PROSECUTED for stripping houses in Youngstown.
