Shot himself in his Political Foot!

It's starting to appear that someone may have just shot himself in his Political Foot!
A bright political career maybe spiraling downward and may never make it out of City level politics...

Good ideas that are poorly or untimely presented may never be perceived as good again by the Mahoning County Voters, especially when they think their taxes and/or property values are affected. These voters have very long memories when it comes to poor timing of government bulling.

Whom might I be referencing???
