Citizen Chastises City Council

I've attended several public meetings of various units of government this year.   Youngstown City Council meetings, from gavel to gavel, are the shortest and the worst.

I'm still disappointed that in the 21st Century, City Council does not stream
these meetings, and make more time for citizens to voice their concerns.

At yesterday's city council meeting,  a citizen chastised city council for their rude behavior.  It was noted that several councilmen and department heads were texting and using electronic devices while a citizen addressed council in the past.
