Fat chance my friend, fat chance. They would fire them off in between the rain even if it means firing them off after 3:00 AM like they were doing last night.

Expect rain today for your Fourth of July picnic.

Maybe the rain will prevent some people from shooting off illegal fireworks in Youngstown.
