I have my own survey going--every time I drive by I check and see if anyone is there and there always has been even when it's raining. It's in a highly visible area which is fortunate because seeing families there brings life to the area and is a psychological boost to many us who remember when there was a lot more liveliness around. My uncle worked at Ipe's Field and we played there as kids including in the woods and walking to Shady Run pool.

I think everyone involved should be pleased with the success of their dreams, persistency and hard work. Let's let this be the beginning of many more such successes!

   Thank you for placing the photos of our grand opening on your site. This playground could not have been possible without the large community effort that initiated and supported the project through thick and thin. It is also a testament to what can happen when citizen's and government work together for the common good. I am amazed at the amount of children who play there. We should all be proud of our accomplishment.
