 West Federal Street between Hazel and Phelps streets will be closed to traffic from 5 p.m. next Saturday until 4 a.m. March 18 to accommodate the St. Patrick's Day party sponsored by the Hope Foundation of Mahoning Valley and O'Donold's downtown.
