Now that this forum is educated, to a degree on the blessing that is the Utica Point Pleasant Shale running underneath the entire Mahoning Valley, let me let you in on a mystery soon to unfold. 
Just as I informed this forum when the energy find hit, what will unfold is the Utica from Mahoning county all the way up to Ashtabula will be the sweetspot of the Utica Shale.
How to prepare yourselves, grab that abandoned parcel or parcels next door to you.  Advise your neighbors to do the same, call up the treasurers office and his new landbank.   The law of Ohio allows energy companies to force pool unleased land.  They need the entire county, all the abandoned lots in Youngstown will be forced pooled and the royalties will go towards all property taxes and the balance will be in probate.  The most recent production wells in the SE part of the Utica in Ohio are mindboggling results.  We all are right now, right here, in a once in a lifetime opportunity, the landbank is suppose to be at your service.
