Sidewalk Repair

The city says it is my responsibility to repair the sidewalk in front of my house.  They also require owners of downtown buildings to maintain the sidewalks, unless they are doing a major improvement to all sidewalks.  The city will cite property owners if they receive a complaint from a concerned citizen.
