   Absolutely my friend, absolutely    and it is really great meat. Buffalo meat is becoming extremely popular even in upscale restaurants.

Thanks Towntalk - what a great site and even greater place to get some goooood beef  I'll be saving my pennies ! ! !  Don't forget the Buffalo place on 45 right near 224 in Elsworth (I think it's Elsworth)  heading West on 224 it would be a right (north) at the first light after St. Paul's Monastery.  Can Buffalo be consider cattle ?
