Chamber: Put all 17 charter proposals on ballot

  Councilman Mike Ray, chairman of council's legislation committee, criticized the chamber's recommendation, saying it is "premature," and that the chamber made that decision without talking to city council.

this committee tentatively set july 12th  for the next meeting for a thumbs up or down for the charter review recommendations. the council wil find out who is the employer and who is the employee if council does not put ALL 17 charter recommendations.
