I can steer with my knees which frees up my hands for freaking people like Jay out.   Haven't figured out how to make sharp turns with only my knees yet.

While stopped at a light the other day, I looked into my rear view mirror and noticed the woman driver behind me was eating, a plate in one hand and a fork in the other.  When the light changed, she started driving while still using both hands to eat.
