This is a good idea.  The Seriff's department should get more of the
non-violent, minor-league offenders sitting in the county jail outside and
working around town to clean things up.

It's a good way to serve their time, and it does something positive (and
almost cost-free) towards cleaning up the city.

A work crew from the sheriff's department has been cleaning the hillside on North Hazel Street.
