In addition to the public meeting moving at a fast pace, you were also asked to write your comments down on a 6X4 index card.

Well, if you were a speed reader this would have been your type of meeting.  The meeting moved along entirely too fast.  If you did not have a copy of the charter days in advance, there was no way you could have read the sections of the charter and commented on them tonight.  The public meeting lasted about half an hour.

Additionally, one person who repeatedly commented on the charter didn't even live in the city of Youngstown.
