i think foley and  mayor sam found out that they supplied OY with wood for their burn barrel thus violating a city ordinance on contributing to radical anarchists social causes thus they, the city run them out of town or undergrd. :o

I noticed that most of the tattoo shops on Mahoning Avenue in Youngstown have closed.  Has this fad ended?
