Public Punishment

I LOVE IT JAY ! ! !  What do you think Judges especially Delic (sp?) would have to say?  It would probably BACK FIRE and we would have people just committing crime to be punished publicly - the ACLU would have a huge field day  and the crime would escalate.

Would public punishment deter some forms of crime?
