This morning, at 6:35 AM I went outside and lowered my flag to half mast. I then drove over to the YMHA building for seniors here and lowered their flag. ( The YMHA has not replaced the rope which is in need of replacement nor replaced the flag that I donated to them a month ago). I then went to the 2 cemeteries in Lowellville, The post Office, City Hall, Freedom park (3 flags) and one of our churches and lowered all the flags. At 8:46 I played taps from my front porch.

This evening after dinner, just before dusk I will go make the rounds and raise them all back up playing to the colors at each stop.
