In discussions about P. Ross Berry, people credit him with building the Mahoning County Court House, forgetting to mention the fact that it was the first Court House that was located at the corner of Wick and Wood Street, so that those not familiar with local history naturally assume that it was the Court House at its present location'

Since the Court House that Mr, Berry built no longer stands, I include this picture of the structure.
