Most likely they will be used for lighting... air conditioner units have compressors that take a LOT of
current... Solar cells make a decent amount of voltage, but not much current....

Two hundred thirty-four solar panels were recently installed on the Jobs and Family Services Building on Park Avenue in downtown Warren, Ohio.  The solar project was undertaken by the Trumbull County Commissioners and county staff members.
