The price of natural gas is actually coming back down.  The Dominion rate for February is 78 cents per MCF lower than January.

I was recently driving through a neighborhood on trash collection day.  I couldn't help noticing the amount of combustible materials which some families were throwing away.  One home had two trash cans full of tree limbs.  Another home had various pieces of cut lumber.  We should set up a system which directs this combustible component of trash to people who could burn it to heat their homes.  As the cost of natural gas escalates,  finding any supplemental sources of fuel would be greatly appreciated by some households.
