I've never been in one.  But, IMO, they sound as predatory in nature as those check cashing/cash advance places.

It looks as though a recently passed city ordinance will block the creation of an internet gaming cafe in the location of the former McDonalds (Backyard Dogs Hotdog Shop) on East Midlothion on Youngstown's south side.

If you are a Youngstown resident,  what is your opinion of these internet gaming places?
