I did hear the "Car Czar"  rumor in the past.  The new rumor, which I heard on the radio this morning, contained some elements which made it sound a little more believable.

For the second time in the past two weeks, I've heard a rumor indicating that the mayor of Youngstown is being considered for a position in the federal government.

Is it true?
Does anyone know more?
