What I can't believe is that anyone would still have expectations that Mahoning Valley voters would vote in a responsible manner.

I can't believe that voters actually re-elected an incumbent that is under indictment for misusing his power and betraying the public trust not to mention the actual criminal charges while serving in the office that he is running for.
