"Eastside, Youngstown's farm district?"

As many of the residents of Youngstown migrate out of the City, the eastside will become the new frontier for expansion in farming.  Columbiana is raising the property taxes of their farmland, I predict Youngstown's abandoned lands will look pretty good soon.  One out of seven Ohioans are farmers and Ohio generated $98 Billion in farming last year.  Often times we cannot see the forest because of the trees.
