The Arts Council is located at 258 West Federal Street in downtown Youngstown.

I've heard that the Arts Council of Youngstown and Mahoning County www.artscouncilyoungstown.com recently eliminated its only staff member due to cutbacks in funding.  Our community needs a vibrant Arts Council which is adequately funded and staffed.
