The Earthquake Was In Ottawa, Not Youngstown

Some Mahoning County workers had to take the afternoon off yesterday because of slight vibrations that were felt in Youngstown from an earthquake originating in Ottawa (Canada).

Isn't this the same department that took off years ago because the roof was being tarred on the building next to their downtown location.  I guess the smell of tar made them too sick to work.
