One account stated that the victim was from Pennsylvania and the two others who were shot were from another city in Ohio.

Did their pickup truck have Ohio plates?

  While it is not known at this time if the dead man and the two injured were from the the immediate area
  this marks the 4th murder in two years along the South Ave Corridor.
