The Green Party of the United States calls for the the elimination of these trade agreements and practices.

Why don't the Democrats and Republicans?

What is so strange is that when America was exporting all sorts of items overseas, the same countries that are flooding us with imports were screaming bloody murder, and now that most goods coming into our markets, are imports,  our government is encouraging it, and bending over backwards to make it difficult for American companies with over regulation.

I agree with your outrage.  We need BUY AMERICAN provisions in all government purchases.

AND
Each of us must do our best to only purchase American Made products and encourage others to also Buy American Made. 
As I pointed out many times on this Forum, organizations in this area buy thousands of T-Shirts each year but few of the shirts are ever American Made.

Also, name one political party calling for the elimination of these trade agreements and practices.
