     and the new one will enhance the total presence in Ytown

         Yes that is true. The city has extended another Tax Abatement to EXAL. The is a real success
         story for the city and the company.

There's talk about Exal expanding it operation here by acquiring a plant on Salt Springs Road.

They already have facilities at Performance Place.
