Realty Building Residents Can Only Have a Few Personal Items Retrieved

If we had a device like this one used in Korea, the Realty Building residents could have had all their belongings removed from the building before demolition.

I still say the tenants should have been allowed to have their belongings removed before the actual demolition started.
If the demo workers could walk through the building to remove items, professional movers could have done the same for the benefit of the tenants.
