Oversize Load Downtown

I'm not sure who's the most at fault in this one. The city for reducing the width of the road or whoever would think hauling a house through any city when there's at least a few better routes to take.

The width of West Front Street has been reduced.  Today, two semis each hauling half of a prefab ranch house, had a very difficult time passing through West Front Street in front of the city hall annex.
