The Vindy newspaper delivery person refuses to place the newspaper in my newspaper box.

The newspaper is delivered in a plastic bag.  The person throws the paper from the street to the driveway.

Today, the newspaper filled plastic bag hit the driveway and ripped open.  The paper then soaked up rainwater on the driveway.
