Once again I remind us all that the air and water quality in America has been improving for the past 20 years or more, We do not need yet more legislation to make things more expensive.

Looking out over the Mahoning river yesterday from the center of the Lowellville bridge I spotted 2 catfish and a school of bass.

Never would have seen them 30 years ago.
