A New Form of Theft

I was dining in a Fast food restaurant the other day.

A man who was standing near the counter for a while suddenly asked an employee if his order was ready.

The man evidently used an app to preorder his meal.

The employee stated that the meal order had already been picked up.

The man then showed the employee the order screen on his smart phone.

At this point, the employee realized the meal order, which had been placed in a special location on the counter, had been stolen.  The restaurant had to make a new meal for the man.
