Here's how.
Board an inbound WRTA bus on Mahoning Avenue.   Take the bus for a short trip to the downtown WRTA Federal Bus Station.  Ten or so minutes later, board one of the busses going back to Mahoning Avenue.

The Mahoning Avenue Fall Fest will take place on Saturday, September 16, from 11:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
This event is from Steel Street to McKinley Avenue.

Take any bus to the Federal Bus Station in downtown Youngstown.

At 10 minutes after the hour, transfer to the 9-Austintown bus to Mahoning Avenue

At 40 minutes after the hour, transfer to the 4-Steel or the 11-Cornersburg to Mahoning Avenue.
