There are no cars made 100% in the USA.

Our own locally produced Chevy Cobalt is only 80% American content.

From cars.com, here's a list of the top 3:

Ford Taurus 90%

Lincoln MKS 85%

Toyota Sienna 85%

It appears that the cash for clunkers program also extends to foreign brand cars.  Wouldn't it have been better for our U.S. economy if this program only applied to purchases of more fuel efficient cars produced in America by domestic cars companies?
