Lower Mahoning Has One Lane Of Traffic

I saw this also, does it have something to do with the proposed bike path between Mill Creek Park and downtown? I believe it will use that part of Mahoning, as well as part of Tod which they have also been working on.

Lower Mahonig Avenue

Crews are working on the west bound lane from the B&O Station to West Avenue.  It looks as though the sidewalks are being replaced.
