I don't really get the concept of a bar that is considered to be for a certain race. Wouldn't it be better to socialize with all people? Isn't the point of a bar to bring people together?

I see that guy said they closed all black bars. I wonder how accurate that is and whether or not he has done anything to make black bars better.
