It's always good to know that hazardous crap doesn't end up in the landfill.

The Mahoning County Green Team gives us a total of 6 specific hours to turn in our hazardous waste, twice a year if we're lucky.

If only they could be more like The Geauga-Trumbull Solid Waste Management District (SWMD) Which is open from some time in April through October.

Collection Facility Hours:
9 am - 4:30 pm
Tuesday - Electronics and appliances only
Wednesday - Household Hazardous Waste (HHW), Electronics and appliances
Friday - Electronics and appliances only
