I don't think any new legislation would add to the amount of fireworks going off. Anyone that wants to do it ignores the law that isn't enforced anyway.

Coupons, on the other hand, can't be good news.

The Ohio legislature wants to pass a bill that would allow fireworks to be set off on a person's own yard.

There are way to many fireworks going off in Youngstown with the current laws.  This proposed change in law will only make matters worse.
