680 Snow Mess

The TV weather people have been predicting snow and dropping temperatures starting tonight.  Let's see how quickly the Youngstown Street Department crews salt/plow your street.

Terrible preparation for the storm this morning! Some people were stuck on 680 for more than three hours! Where was ODOT? Is the state, which didn't treat the road, reimbursing the city for all of the resources taken to clear their freeway? Everyone is saying "people drive like this isn't northeast Ohio", but what about ODOT? I think they're the ones who've forgotten where they are.
