Youngstown City Schools = F

Under this school board replacement proposal, Mayor Brown would make the final choice of the "new" school board members.

This was mentioned to me the other day.

Mayor Brown has been in office for over a year and a half and still has not appointed a permanent finance director for the City of Youngstown.

[Why?Town]

I think it would help. I'm not exactly sure who the replacements should be but whoever it has been part of it hasn't fixed anything as far as I know.

Of the 34 school systems listed in the report, The Youngstown School System was the only system to receive an "F" grade.

The State of Ohio wants to replace the entire school board with new board members.
