Crews battle overnight house fire in Niles

Crews were busy in Niles overnight battling a house fire. The home on Peffer Avenue went up in flames just before midnight on Saturday.  Officials say the fire caused the second floor to collapse. They let that floor burn since they couldn't send anyone in for safety reasons.  We're told no one was home at the time of the fire. The investigation is ongoing.
