PSP arrest suspects who allegedly lead police on a 120 mph chase

The Pensylvania State Police arrested two men after they led police on a chase that reached 120 miles per hour.  Police say that they were called to a Coolspring Twp home because the residents returned home and saw two men outside of their home loading different items into their car.  The men were later identified as 30-year-old William Jackson and 24-year-old Tyquan Smith.  According to the report, Jackson and Smith fled the scene once the homeowner arrived and witn...
