Police remove Lakeview student following potential threat

Cortland police escorted a student from Lakeview High School Thursday afternoon after receiving information about a potential threat.  The Lakeview School District launched its initial investigation after receiving information about a potential threat.  School officials say that the matter has now been handed over to local police.  Lakeview Superintendent, Velina Jo Taylor, released this statement on Thursday following the student being removed from school: ...
