ODH issues alert after six Ohioans experience health issues linked to vaping

The Ohio Department of Health is investigating reports of six Ohioans who experienced severe pulmonary illness following the use of e-cigarettes or vaping.  The reports are not long after a recent alert to healthcare providers by the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention about pulmonary illnesses linked to vaping in about 16 states, primarily amongst teens and young adults.  According to the CDC, symptoms include shortness of breath, fatigue, and coughing.
