Niles police save man after he injures himself punching window

Niles police save a man who suffered a serious injury after responding to a domestic violence call.  When officers arrived at the Timber Creek apartments on Monday night they saw 31-year-old Devonte Smith running around and yelling.  Officers say that the man was pacing within the apartment complex and then punched three large glass windows in the building.  According to the report, one of the windows Smith punched shattered and cut his arm. ...
